BlazeVideo is a digital HDTV player for Windows XP, Vista or 7.
It supports most DTV standards, like DVB-T, ATSC/NTSC, DVB-S, DVB-S2, ISDB-T, CMMB, AVS and DMB-TH, from any TV board.
This program has an ability to scan the available channels. It provides an EPG (Electronic Program Guide), supports ATSC subtitling, allows to pause or skip adds and record programs (live or scheduling them).
One of the channels can be any digital camera or web camera connected to your computer.
The Pro version, that is the one I am reviewing here, can also play DVDs that you put in your DVD unit, and common video files. It can also convert recorded video to AVI, MP4, 3GP,ASF, and use the Picture in Picture function. The Standard version does not have these features, and it costs only 49.95.
BlazeVideo allows to select a list of favorite channels, capture images from the video being played, and build slideshows that will show pictures, with background music. The program includes other interesting capabilities, as setting Parental Control, or selecting default languages and subtitles.
You can use the trial version of this program for free for fourteen days.
